The Peppermint Tea is great. However, I am disappointed with the new design on the package. I find the previous gold packaging more elegant and the content is better presented on the label. The new packaging may be attractive but not appealing for this “Intensely refreshing and cleansing peppermint leaf from Germany ….”
I thought I finally found the amazing tea I'd been searching for from my private jet experience on Vista America. To say I was extremely disappointed is an understatement. Having tasted the most amazing peppermint tea in a gold bag with a green vertical strip down the left side named Jing Tea. It was the most heavenly, intese, robust, mouth bursting peppermint tea I'd ever tasted and I wanted some for my home. I began my search only to find disappointingly it wasn't available in the USA. So I went on the website on the tea bag package jingtea.com and searched for peppermint tea. Although the packaging was different it was from the website on the back of my amazing tea bag. So I placed an order for 100 tea bags, giddy and excited, I anticipated their arrival. Once they arrived, I immediately heated some water to enjoy a cup of what I thought would be the same amazing tea I'd aforementioned. Much to my great disappointment this tea was terrible it was dismal at best. I thought maybe it was this tea bag, it can't possibly be them all. So I tried another the next day and again the same disappointing experience, I will be requesting a refund...
Hi Tracey, we're sorry to hear you didn't enjoy the peppermint tea.
The company did complete a rebrand of the tea packaging in January 2026, but the physical tea is identical to the previous garden batch which was within the old gold packaged variant.
We appreciate your feedback and would love to gain further information on the specific tea batch purchased. We can then forward this to our Head of Tea who deals directly with sourcing the leaves within all the tea gardens.

I have used Jing teas for many years, such a good variety of quality teas. Nowadays I tend to use Peppermint tea every morning.
Easy to order from the web site and delivered very quickly.
I ordered a 50 Cammomile tea bags box and a 50 mint tea bag box for xmas presents. Mint arrived ahead of xmas, cammolie mile failed to deliver until chased, post new year.
Explanation, address threw up a glitch?
Question: how can glitch affect one order but not the second order?
I wil not order again next year as xmas presents, your service is unreliable.

Yes, they are expensive but you get much more flavour than ordinary mint tea bags so they’re absolutely worth it.

I tried it for the first time in the hotel and the mint flavor is very nice and the smell overwhelms the whole place I really liked it, really it's the best ever, very sorry because I didn't know it before.

During my annual vacation this year in UAE, Abu Dhabi, I tried tea at the hotel for the first time.
Frankly, I felt comfortable and I drank daily after tired day with the kids at the amusement park.
I searched for the agent in Bahrain and did not find, so I decided to order it online.
This pepper mint tea makes me happy! I love not only taste but the colour.
I suffer with a bad tummy iro food intolerances and this is my pick me up - either after a meal that felt a bit heavy, or when I have had a sore tummy - it soothes me and seems to help the knotting. I don't actually like mint products (toothpaste, mints etc) but this is lovely tea. I tried because I knew peppermint was supposed to be good for me, but after trying all the supermarket brands I came across this at a restaurant and finally found something that tasted great! Thank you! Please just supply it though in sizes larger than 15 bags and smaller than 100!! I don't want to buy 100 bags at once - would like to buy up to 50 though.

How do I store JING tea?
All tea should be kept away from heat, light, moisture and odours. Exposure to these will cause the tea to deteriorate and lose flavour.
We recommend storing our loose teas in our beautiful Refill Caddies or its resealable ziplock bag, and store them in a cool dry place. Generally speaking, black teas and more heavily oxidized oolongs can be stored for a longer time than green, white and lightly oxidized oolong teas. Green teas, white teas and light oolong teas are best drunk within two to three months of opening.
However, they can also be stored in the fridge to maintain freshness for as long as possible. If you choose to store your green, white and light oolongs in the fridge, be careful to take the packs out a little in advance of making your tea so that they can reach room temperature. Opening a bag straight from the fridge will result in condensation on the inside of the pack, which when closed can then affect the quality of the tea inside.
