TRACEABILITY
We’ll tell you the names of the producers and the single gardens behind our teas. We know the conditions in each garden, and we build personal relationships with each producer.
DEDICATED TO THE ENVIRONMENT
By the end of 2020 at least 80% of our range will be organic or have our own Made Without Pesticides stamp. It’s better for tea drinkers, for the environment, for producers, and it tastes better too.
DEDICATED TO TRAINING
Making sure all your guests get to experience this world of tea requires a little bit of knowledge, care and attention. This is why we have a team dedicated to training in person, by video or online.

Not only will our teas arrive with you at their freshest, but we’ll keep your service fresh too. Our Tea Experience team is dedicated to designing experiential service styles, bespoke menus, and new ways of serving tea to keep you at the forefront of tea services worldwide.
