Earl Grey Cold Infusion

Earl Grey Cold Infusion

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a JING 1-litre Tea-iere.
  2. Fill with filtered water at 10°C (cold tap or chilled water).
  3. Place in the fridge and let it infuse for 4 to 6 hours.
  4. After infusing, strain the liquid into a clean serving jug.
  5. Keep refrigerated and use within 48 hours.
  6. Pour into a highball glass filled with ice, garnish with a lemon twist, and serve.

Jasmine Silver Needle Cold Infusion

Jasmine Silver Needle Cold Infusion

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a JING 1-litre Tea-iere.
  2. Fill with filtered water at 10°C (cold tap or chilled water).
  3. Place in the fridge and let it infuse for 4 to 6 hours.
  4. After infusing, strain the liquid into a clean serving jug.
  5. Keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
  6. Pour into a highball glass filled with ice, garnish with a long cucumber slice, and serve.

Blackcurrant & Hibiscus Cold Infusion

Blackcurrant & Hibiscus Herbal Cold Infusion

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a JING 1-litre Tea-iere.
  2. Fill with filtered HOT water (95°C-100°C) and infuse for 3 minutes.
  3. After infusing, strain the liquid into a clean serving jug.
  4. Let the infusion cool down and refrigerate
  5. Keep refrigerated and use within 48 hours.
  6. Pour into a highball glass filled with ice, garnish with a grapefruit slice, and serve.

  1. Add all ingredients to a JING 1-litre Tea-iere.
  2. Fill with filtered water at 10°C (cold tap or chilled water).
  3. Place in the fridge and let it infuse for 4 to 6 hours.
  4. After infusing, strain the liquid into a clean serving jug.
