Blackcurrant & Hibiscus Iced Tea

Blackcurrant & Hibiscus Herbal Iced Tea

Ingredients:

  • 125ml JING Blackcurrant & Hibiscus Cold Infusion (see recipe here)
  • 75ml grapefruit soda
  • Garnish: Grapefruit Slice

Method:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a highball glass filled with ice.
  2. Stir gently to combine, ensuring the mixture is well-chilled.
  3. Garnish with a fresh grapefruit slice and serve. The grapefruit garnish enhances the fruity, tart notes of JING Blackcurrant & Hibiscus, adding a zesty brightness.
Darjeeling Second Flush Iced Tea

Darjeeling Second Flush Iced Tea

Ingredients:

  • 125ml JING Darjeeling Second Flush Cold Infusion (see recipe here)
  • 25ml Elderflower Cordial

Method:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a lowball glass filled with ice.
  2. Stir gently to combine, ensuring the mixture is well-chilled.
  3. Garnish with grapes on a cocktail pick and serve. The grape garnish highlights the fragrant, fruity muscatel notes of JING Darjeeling Second Flush.
Earl Grey Iced Tea

Earl Grey Iced Tea

Ingredients:

  • 150ml JING Earl Grey Cold Infusion (see recipe here)
  • 25ml simple syrup
  • 10ml fresh lime juice
  • Garnish: Lime Twist

Method:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a highball glass filled with ice.
  2. Stir gently to combine, ensuring the mixture is well- chilled.
  3. Garnish with a fresh lime twist and serve. Lime peel adds a citrusy zest that complements the bergamot in the tea, enhancing its fragrant aroma and brightening the iced tea’s flavour.
