  • Description

A supreme, small batch green tea, hand-picked in the 'pre-rain' season of early March 2022. These pristine, young leaves contain all the hallmarks of masterful tea craft, with intense floral notes and a lasting, refreshing taste.

This exceptionally fresh green tea is much-loved in its home of Zhejiang, China, where tea maker Han Houoquan crafted this batch using the finest spring buds and young leaves. Hand-pickedfrom the native, white-leaf cultivar, it captures the very essence of spring green tea, with a clear, floral aroma, sweet vegetal taste and silky smooth texture. The season for making such high-quality tea lasts only a few weeks in China and the earliest pickings such as this, before the seasonal rains, are considered the most prized.
