      A trip to Darjeeling

I keep returning for this wonderful tea ~ the most full-bodied (with slightly fruity hints) Darjeeling that I’ve ever tasted.

      Right back to the hills

Both my parents are from Bengal, and Darjeeling tea is a taste from home. Lately travel is impossible, but the warm tones of the Autumn flush come through in this tea. Thank you!

      good smell

I made this tea in my new white ceramic tea maker. I think I left it to brew too long as it tasted a little strong. Next time I will use my glorious glass timer and only leave it for 3 minutes.
