Naturally sweet cinnamon spiced date balls are the healthy sugar-free way to satisfy any sweet tooth.
To make around fifteen balls whizz 125 grams of soft pitted dates in a processor with 40 grams chopped almonds, 20 grams pumpkin seeds, two tablespoons of desiccated coconut and half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon until roughly chopped. Add a tablespoon or so of orange juice and blend again until sticky clumps form. Shape tablespoons of the mixture into balls and roll in sesame seeds until well coated.
