Silver Needle White Tea

银针白茶

The Origin Story
Silver Needle white tea is the most famous white tea in the world, composed of only whole buds. Our Silver Needle was picked in March 2015 in Zunya Tea Garden, Guangxi Province in southern China. The least processed of all tea types, after picking the buds are simply withered and dried naturally over four days. This simple processing brings out fresh spring flower, melon, cucumber and honey flavours.
China - Guangxi

Guangxi's dramatic landscapes produce mainly green, white and black teas

Guangxi lies to the west of Hong Kong bordering Vietnam. Spectacular karst scenery is the backdrop to misty tea gardens that lends teas from this region an alluring quality.
